I have some super exciting news for everyone. About a little over a year and a half ago while I was in the hospital getting my tracheostomy, I had decided that I would write a book.
In the book I share a little history about myself growing up, a little about my love, my boys and then I dig deep with a journal about my journey with ALS. Sharing the struggles, the joys, the tears and the laughter. I even share some of my most favorite recipes.
My goal was 70000 words and a copy of the book available in every format possible.

December 3rd, 2023, I received a message from my producer Susan telling me that my audio book is LIVE! So you can find my book on Amazon, Audible, and iTunes all over the world!
I’m not just excited because it is done. I’m excited to share my journey with all of YOU! Hoping to share some guidance, hope and a bit of laughter. Thank you for allowing me to share my journey with all of you!
